Ms. Larsen’s practice focuses on energy development, alternative energy solutions, domestic and international project finance and infrastructure development financings, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions in the electric and renewable energy, oil and gas, mining and project development industries and general corporate transactions both in the United States and abroad.
